Chad is the owner and operator of Triple L Lawn & Landscape. Chads passion for the landscape industry and his passion for equipment began at just 15 years old… After school he would take his parents push lawnmower and cut lawns in his neighborhood, Chad had no idea that his passion for cutting grass years later would turn into a full blown landscape and snow removal business.⁠

Chads love for landscaping and his incredible focus only grew as he got older. He attended Niagara College to become a certified landscape technician all while continuing to operate Triple L back home.⁠

Triple L is now a Family run and operated company and has now been serving the Kitchener, Waterloo region for 20 years. ⁠

Chads expertise, passion and eye for detail is what makes him an incredible business owner, he is always looking for new ways to innovate his business and in his spare time if he’s not spending time with his wife and daughter he’s researching the newest technologies to serve his customers better.⁠

Chad isn’t just an owner but an operator as well, you will always see Chad out in the field working with his team and communicating with his customers. On site, Chad is referred to as “Hulk” whenever there is need for extra muscles you can always count on Chad to get the hard stuff done.⁠

Meet Melissa- also known as Chad’s wife & Lexa’s mom! Melissa is our co-owner & operator, and began working⁠ for Triple L in 2015, running a sidewalk tractor during winter operations. ⁠Since Melissa had another fulltime job in another profession she was there every chance she could helping where needed during her evenings and weekends.⁠

⁠In 2019 Melissa officially left her career and joined Chad full time at Triple L Lawn & Landscape, becoming the ultimate husband and wife duo. Since then she has jumped in with two feet and hasn’t looked back.⁠

You will see Melissa in every aspect of Triple L from running our skid steer during winter operations, being on site getting her hands dirty during summer maintenance to making sure the office runs smoothly, she has become an essential part of our team.⁠

Melissa’s kind, compassionate nature as well as her incredible versatile⁠ personality has allowed her to bond with our customers and create the perfect partner for Chad. With their combined vision and skills you won’t regret working with this power house couple and choosing Triple L

Wes is one of our most loyal employee’s AND Chad’s brother! Wes began working for Triple L on and off since he was 16 years⁠ old. During summer breaks from school Wes would follow his big brother Chad around helping with lawn maintenance and landscaping projects.⁠

Wes officially joined the crew in 2018 when he began working on the lawn⁠ maintenance crew in the summers and operating our sidewalk tractor during the winter. He has grown substantially over the years in our maintenance and snow removal operations and has proven to be one of the most loyal employees.⁠

Wes’s passion for lawn maintenance and creating that perfect weekend ready property makes him a valuable part of our Triple L team. He enjoys operating our mowers, running a line trimmer and creating that perfect edge to your landscape beds and sidewalks.⁠

Outside of his passion for Lawn Maintenance you can find Wes hanging out with his wife, casting a line on the lake or catching that perfect swing during a game of golf.⁠
